Client Conduct & Scope Alignment
- •Clients are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally throughout the project duration.
- •All project requirements, scope, and pricing are agreed upon before work begins. Any changes must be discussed and approved by both parties.
- •Repeated disregard for agreed scope, unreasonable demands, or unprofessional behavior may result in project termination without refund.
Refund Policy
- •Deposits are non-refundable once work has started on the project.
- •Completed or partially completed work is non-refundable. Payment reflects the time and effort already invested.
- •If a project is terminated due to client-side issues (e.g. lack of communication, scope changes, or misalignment), no refund will be issued.
- •Refunds are only considered if the developer is unable to deliver the agreed scope within a reasonable timeframe.
Scope & Revisions
- •Any additional features or changes outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and require approval before implementation.
- •Excessive revisions beyond what was agreed upon may incur additional charges. Standard packages include reasonable revision rounds as specified in the agreement.
- •Revision requests must be clearly communicated in writing to avoid misunderstandings.
Delivery & Ownership
- •Full ownership of the deliverables transfers to the client only upon receipt of final payment.
- •The developer reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- •Hosting and maintenance fees are separate from development costs and are billed monthly as agreed.
